Over The Creek Acoustic by George Ezra

Tabs

Beautiful and finally simple song to play.
This is my first tab, all by ear, but I think it is accurate.
I've found a simple way for the notation, with riffs repeated all along the song.

[Verse]
           [1]
I may love you in the morning
[2] [1]
Like today, you?ll never know
[3] [1]
Step this way, I?d find a garden
[2] [1]
Like today, you?ll never know
[3] [1]
Well you may claim that you found me
[2] [1]
Like today, you?ll never know
[2] [1]
Like today, you?ll never know

[Chorus]
[4]
Oh nonetheless,
I must confess,
   [5]
That I?m the mess,
           [6]
That has been left to save you
[6]

[6]
Your situation must be dire,
[6] [3] [1]
Your situation must be over the creek
[3] [1]
And haunted we speak
[3] [1]
And over the creek
[3] [1]
And haunted we speak
[Verse]
[2] [1]
That I can't have left you,
[2] [1]
I still haven't met you
[3] [1]
I may fall into your dance
[2] [1]
Like today, I'll never know
[3] [1]
We may meet with awkward hearts
[2] [1]
Like today, I?ll never know
[2] [1]
Like today, I?ll never know

[Chorus]
[4]
Oh nonetheless,
I must confess,
   [5]
That I?m the mess,
[5]
That has been left
[4]
Oh nonetheless,
I must confess,
   [5]
That I?m the mess,
           [6]
That has been left to save you
[6]
My situation must be dire
[6] [3] [1]
My situation must be over the creek
[3] [1]
And haunted we speak
[3] [1]
Gone over the creek
[3] [1]
And haunted we speak

[Chorus]
[2] [1]
And I can't have left you
[2] [1]
I still haven?t met you

[Bridge]
[7] [1]
And if I never said enough
[7] [1]
Hear my last spoken words
[7] [1]
And if I ever said too much
[7] [1]
They?ll be my last spoken words
[7] [1]
They?ll be my last spoken words

[Chorus]
[4 strum]
Oh nonetheless,
I must confess,
   [5 strum]
That I?m the mess,
That has been left
[4]
Oh nonetheless,
I must confess,
   [5]
That I?m the mess,
           [6]
That has been left to save you
[6]
Our situations must be dire
[6] [3] [1]
Our situations must be over the creek
[3] [1]
And haunted we speak
[2] [1]
That I can't have left you
[2] [1]
I still haven?t met you
