The other tab posted works well with an electric
guitar when the bottom two strings alone are enough,
but I find it harder with an acoustic, so if you want
more depth play it like this:

e -------------------
B -------------------
G -------------------
D 5-5-5-5-5-5-x-x-x-x
A 5-5-5-5-5-5-x-x-x-x
E 3-3-0-0-3-3-x-x-x-x

This makes it sound more full on the acoustic but
keeps most of the style of the previously tabbed
version.

You can play the rest of the song on the same power
chord if you place it right, that way it becomes
ridiculously easy after awhile. (move it so the first
lowest finger is on the starting note for the chord
name the other two just form the chord then, if you
want you can bar it and play the six strings otherwise
play the three)
