I just think it sounds better this way and I am, of course, open to constructive criticism.

p = pull off
/ = slide

This just repeated throughout the song.

After listening closer to the song I found that this way sounds more like the the song.

In my opinion both ways sound good. However, I believe the most accurate is the second version.
