Understanding Salesmen tab by EELS

A tab is given for the introduction and the first line. Throughout the rest
of the song plucking and strumming go hand in hand. Just emphasize the
lower strings more so than the higher strings. The only part of this tab
that may sound somewhat askew is the D minor, however I attribute this to
the presence of strings in the original recording from Blinking Lights.
