I prefer Barre Chords at a minimum in the chorus` and if you listen
to the original recording you can place the octaves where they go.
Original was capoed at 2nd fret and played in D but I suspect it
was because John favored the hammering of B,G#,F,E notes played
out of the opening D Chord.
