               Cassiopeia - Deaf Havana
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tuning: DADGBe (both)

NOTES: Deaf Havana were a 3 guitarist band. Currently as of time of writing they are only 2, but
this song will have been recorded for 3 guitars to play live. However, as most bands or
players usually only have 2 guitars and a bass, i've tabbed it for two guitars.
I think it works quite well.

VERSE 1:
I'm not sure if this is Bass guitar tuned to drop B with an octaver, or guitar with
bass at the same time, my headphones aren't that great. In the intro the B is definitely
played lower than the F# notes...Regardless - i've tabbed out the notes that are played.
No idea if they are for guitar, bass, or both.

If anyone can come up with a correction, please let me know.

This hasn't been played live yet and as of tabbing has only been released on soundcloud. When
they play it live, i'll get a better idea.

This is REALLY faint in the background. What i've written isnt 100%, but it is close.
There is delay and a shed of reverb so it's hard to tell exactly.

BREAKDOWN (SLOW BIT)

Guitar 1
e|--------------------------------------------------------
B|7*----7p5----5-----7-7p5-----5--------------------------
G|---------6p4---6---------6p4---6-4----------------------
D|--------------------------------------------------------
A|-------------------------------------------------------- *The notes marked with a star, you
D|-------------------------------------------------------- have volume rolled down and then
once it kicks in roll it back up.

e|-14*-14p12-------12--------------12---------------------
B|-----------14p12---14--x2--12h14---14-------------------
G|-------------------------------------11-----------------
D|-------------------------------------------0-2----------
A|-------------------------------------------0-2---------- (with guitar 2)
D|-------------------------------------------0-2----------

Guitar 2 ***** ****
e|-------------------------------------------------------- This part is incredibly hard to tab
B|-------------------------------------------------------- in a way that will make sense on
G|-------------------------------------------------------- paper. The whole thing uses these two
D|-0-4-0-4-0-4-0-4-0-2------------------------------------ chords, and then stabs on certain off
A|-0-4-0-4-0-4-0-4-0-2------------------------------------ beats. You really need to listen to
E|-0-4-0-4-0-4-0-4-0-2------------------------------------ the song to get the timing. Here are
the two base chords used for both the
                              muting and the stabs.

FINAL CHORUS/SOLO/BREAKDOWN

Guitar 1:

There are two passages used:

 A: A2:
e|---------7h9-7h9---------7h9-7h9------------5h7-5h7--4h5-4h5-5p4-------|----
B|-5h7-5h7---------5h7-5h7------------5h7-5h7----------------------7p5---|s2-- ;|
G|-----------------------------------------------------------------------|---- |
D|-----------------------------------------------------------------------|---- |
A|-----------------------------------------------------------------------|---- |
D|-----------------------------------------------------------------------|---- |
                                          |
 B: |
e|---------7h9-7h9---------7h9-7h9------------5h7-5h7--4h5-4h5-12h14-12h14--- |
B|-5h7-5h7---------5h7-5h7------------5h7-5h7-------------------------------- |
G|--------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
D|--------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
A|--------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
D|--------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
                                          |
The order is: A B A B B A2 |
                                          |
A2 is all of A, PLUS the last note added (which you end on) ----------------------|

Guitar 2:

G|-7------------------2~----------------------
D|-7-4-2--------------0~----------------------
A|-5-4-2-x6--end on:--0~----------------------
