Guitar chords with lyrics
NOTE: The verse chords in this song may look fancy on paper (B add 11, etc) but you will find that all that means is that you keep the B and high E strings open while strumming the normal E-form bar chords of B, A, F#m to the open E. You’ll see what I mean if you try the tab. Chords used B A F#m11 E A C#m D/F# add 11 add 9 e----0------0--------0--------0----5-----4------2---------------------- B----0------0--------0--------0----5-----5------3---------------------- G----8------6--------2--------1----6-----6------2---------------------- D----9------7--------4--------2----7-----6------0---------------------- A----9------7--------4--------2----7-----4------x---------------------- E----7------5--------2--------0----5-----x------2----------------------

CHORUS B I don’t enjoy you anymore A C#m B Well I guess I just don’t enjoy you anymore A C#m D/F# A Well I guess it’s all laid out in Black and Whiiiiiitie You don’t like it at all. VERSE 2 B add 11 A add 9 Love… love is the answer F#m11 To what question E B add 11 But Thanks for.. ohhhhh the suggestion A add 9 Oh, no I don’t care at all F#m11 Oh, no I don’t know anything at all E But I thought CHORUS The rest of the song are repeated forms of the VERSE or CHORUS progressions. The SOLO is over the CHORUS progression. Here it is.. The solo is great and fun because the high string is open most of the time and your fingers skate all over the b-string while keeping the high-e open, giving it a nice drony effect. There is one part of the solo that is really difficult to articulate in tab. Where I have indicated b (17) it means that you bend to the 17th fret WITHOUT striking it until you release it (also called a ghost bend) back to the 15th fret. Sorry that I can’t really articulate this very well!
