Chords with lyrics
After being unable to find any mention of Classics IV on this site,I decided
to submit something representative of their work."Traces" is a well crafted
song, more sophisticated than rock of the time with a bachrachian sound.
Traces (B.Buie,J.R. Cobb,E.Gordy) transcribed by
J.J. Butler
Intro: The intro is built around a BB minor barre chord at the 2nd fret with
the bass note descending while the rest of the fingering stays put but
becomes different chords. The bass goes from BB to A augmentedA to G#G# to G, the last
being a Gmaj7Gmaj7 that is then slid up to the 6th fret for the last section of
what is actually the chorus
