     to pluck his strings rather than a pick

     -It's odd but her guitar player also tunes
     the guitar down a half step and then puts a
     capo on the 2nd fret. (This is the same as
     keeping your guitar in standard and putting
     a capo on the 1st fret).

     -In the Chorus and Pre-Chorus he hammers-on the
     E on the 2nd fret of the D string with his ring
     finger on the offbeat after 1.
