Note: I was fooling around with another Bob Dylan song and realized the chords
sounded a lot like a favorite of mine, Joey, which I knew wasn't on OLGA. So I
spent a while on it and came up with most of the correct chords. Granted,  it's
not perfect. The end of the refrain is particularly scratchy. But oh well! Here's my
version of it, until the chords are corrected by me or someone else.
