-Use a bottleneck/slide/pick and move all the way up(right on the pickups) and all the way down the guitar.
-Make sure *most* of the sounds played are dead notes. There is a point wher you can play a high b note.
-Use delay/modulation/pitch-shifting effects, throw everything you've got onto it.
-This lasts the whole of the bridge.
