I noticed another tab on here but I didn't think it was quite right so I thought I would take a crack at it.
I think it's these four main chords:

F/C             G/D              E/B            D/A (open)

When dropping to the D/A (open) chord I recommend playing down a half step quickly after the F/C chord.
Like this:

F/C             F/C(half)        D/A(open)

Then, when switching between the D/A and E/B chord part I also recommend playing the half step quickly.
I'm 90% positive I remember seeing him play it like this live.
So this part would look like:

D/A(open)       D/A(half)       E/B

|--------|      |--------|      |--------|
|--------|      |--------|      |--------|
|---0----|      |---0----|      |---2----|
|---0----|      |---0----|      |---2----|

Repeat this forward and then back.

Just remember the D/A(half) and F/C(half) chords are played VERY quickly.
I usually only play the 6th string (Low D) when playing them.
I tried and match the each chord with the lyrical timing but if you listen to the song you'll probably get it.

Then just repeat the F/C , G/C , and E/B chords and do whatever vocally (oohs and what not).
