About Thunderstruck

"Thunderstruck" is the first track on AC/DC's 1990 album "The Razor's Edge". Angus Young got inspired to write the song after being on a plane that was struck by lightning, or thunder if you will.

Many guitarists belive that Angus plays the main riff using one hand only. This is not the case. He picks every note. This can be easily seen in several live videos where he plays this now legendary song. "Thunderstruck" has been a live favourite and featured on all AC/DC tours since its release.
