This song isn;t really using chords, more than likely
just palm muted power chords on the top four strings with
a fair bit of Chorus and a touch of Drive to give it that kick.

It's pretty funky and is in B Major with a heavy use of Bmaj7 to get that A# note
fitting in with the Eb. seeing as A# is the Dominant of Eb. This creates that
melodic yet sort of eccentric and jazzy feel to it.

I'm not a guitarist by trade, I'm a bass player, so feel free to fuck me up
and hate on me, this is just how I play it and use this to sort of guide my fingers and what not
and it sounds great.
