Godfather Theme tab

Guns n' roses roses played several different instrumental pieces which were not on any of their albums during the Use Your Illusion World Tour. One of these jams were a guitar solo called «The Godfather theme». The Guns n' roses Godfather guitar tabs below are tabbed from a bootleg live recording. Slash did play it different each time so feel free to do your own variations

This solo by slash was often combined with a piano-driven version of «It's alright» originally by Black sabbath or instrumental showcases where the band introduced all the musicians on stage. The theme is from the The Godfather 1972 American crime film where the story, spanning the years between 1945 and 1955, chronicles the experiences of the Italian-American Corleone crime family.
